Introduction to Meditation: Centering and Grounding Workshops
These one-evening or two-evening introductory sessions are a great first experience for those who are interested in finding out more about meditation and spiritual awareness. They offer a couple of simple and potent tools that are sturdy foundations for a personal meditation practice, or a way to have more ease, flow and to experience a greater feeling of wellness and clarity in your life.
These experiential workshops include teaching, closed-eye spiritual awareness and meditative exercises, open-eye exercises related to practicing spiritual tools and states of being, and time for questions.
No previous experience is necessary. Pre-registration is required.
These workshops are NOT required to take Class I.
